Zuchu has once again captured the nation’s attention with the release of her brand new single titled Oktoba Tunatiki, a passionate and patriotic anthem dedicated to President Samia Suluhu Hassan and the Chama Cha Mapinduzi (CCM) party. Released just months ahead of Tanzania’s October 2025 general elections, the song encourages unity, progress, and continuity under the leadership of President Samia.
In Oktoba Tunatiki, Zuchu uses her powerful voice and lyrical artistry to rally citizens to support CCM, the ruling party that has been at the forefront of Tanzania’s political landscape for decades. The title itself, which translates to This October, We Tick, reflects the call to action marking (ticking) the CCM symbol on the ballot come election day.
